我国金融控股公司监管问题研究

随着金融创新层出不穷地涌现,金融业正由分业经营走向混业经营,金融控股公司成为实现分业经营向混业经营转变的重要组织形态。金融控股公司与一般控股公司相比,有其自身的经营优势,但同时也给金融监管带来了新的问题。从我国金融控股公司的发展现状与特点入手,分析了在分业监管体制下,我国金融控股公司在监管中存在的监管法律缺失、监管体制和模式落后以及监管措施不完善等问题,最后就完善我国金融控股公司的监管提出了相应的对策建议。

A RESEARCH OF SUPERVISION OVER FINANCIAL HOLDING COMPANIES IN CHINA

Along with the continuous emergence of financial innovation,the tendency of finance is shifting from the separated operation model to mixed operation model,and in the transitional process,Financial Holding Company(FHC) is an essential organizational form.Compared with the traditional holding companies,FHCs have their own operation advantage;however,new problems arise concerning finance supervision and management.Starting from a discussion of the current situation and characteristics of domestic FHCs,this article analyzes their main problems in supervision under the mixed supervision system,namely,the lack of supervision law,lag of system and pattern and absence of measures in supervision.Finally,it puts forward some policy options for improving supervision and management of FHCs.
