| 摘 要： | 我国水资源安全面临严峻形势,生态社会主义为构建我国水资源安全保障体系提供了方法论指导。要从政治维度构建水资源安全的政治保障体系,从经济维度构建水资源安全的物质保障体系,从社会维度构建水资源安全的公众参与体系,从文化维度构建水资源安全的文化安全体系。

| Abstract: | Water resources security in China is facing a serious situation, ecological socialism for construction of water resources security system of our methodology. To construct the water resources security from the political dimension of political security system, construction of water resources security from the economic dimension of the material guarantee system, system construction of water re- sources security from the social dimension of public participation, cultural security system construction of water resource security from the cultural dimension. |
