| 摘 要： | 城旦舂是一种徒刑,犯了城旦舂徒刑的囚犯也称之为城旦舂,它产生于战国秦时期。秦汉时期,城旦舂的社会生活有了一定的变化。利用传统文献、《睡虎地秦墓竹简》、《张家山汉简》,从基本工作、口粮、服饰、人身、法律地位等方面探讨城旦舂的生活状况,从下到上观察社会生活,揭示秦汉间社会的进步。

| Abstract: | Chengdanchong is one kind of prison, and prisoner is also named Chengdanchong, appeared in Warring States Period . The social life of chendanchong had changes in Qin and Han dynasties. According to the traditional literature,the Shuihudi Qin bamboo slips and the Zhangjiashan Han bamboo slips,thesis Discusses basic work, rations, clothing, personal, legal status of chengdanehong. From bottom to top to observe the social life, reveal the Qin and Han social progress. |
