| 摘 要： | 区域性股权交易市场是为市场所在地的省级行政区域内的企业,特别是中小微企业提供股权、债券转让和融资服务的私募市场。区域性股权交易市场的挂牌公司为非上市非公众公司,现行私募立法存在缺位、滞后与模糊现象。非上市非公众公司私募对象、私募方式、私募审核、私募证券转售等问题需要规制。

Regional equity market listed for unlisted non - public corporation, the private legislation absent, lag and fuzzy phenomena. Thie article from unlisted non - public corporation private object, private placement, private audit, private securities resale ,regulation of private equity financing. |
