| 摘 要： | 随着互联网技术的飞速发展,网络舆论应运而生,并显示着巨大的社会影响力,网络舆论引导日益受到各级地方政府的重视,但要有效引导网络舆论却面临着诸多挑战。如何更好发挥网络舆论的建设性作用,最大限度消解其负面影响,已经成为新时期地方政府必须面对的新课题。

| Abstract: | With the rapid development of Internet technology, network public opinion arises at the historic moment and shows great social influence, network public opinion guide increasingly brought to the attention of the local governments at all levels, but to effectively guide the network public opinion is facing many challenges, how to better play to the network public opinion and constructive role, maximum eliminate its negative effect has become a local government have to face the new task in the new period. |
