| 摘 要： | 本文通过数据比较论证了中国的发展问题主要是城镇化问题，并就城镇化建设的两种不同模式提出了看法。一种是处于中心城市辐射区内的城镇的发展模式，另一种是远离城市、目前正经历着衰落与振兴、变革与重组并行的复杂格局的广大城镇。这两种城镇的发展问题已成为中国社会经济发展的焦点问题，本文试图从宏观结构的角度来思考这两种城镇化的问题，并提出了可能的出路和发展模式：中央和省市扶持下的，以第三社区理念构建的城镇化。

| Abstract: | This article argues firstly that the problem of urbanization is the main problem of development in China.Then we discuss that there are two different models in Chinese urbanization: towns near cities and towns far from cities,centralized urbanization and decentralized urbanization.These problems have been analyzed by macrostructure.Lastly the suggestions and solutions are offered. |
