| 摘 要： | 从现代科学哲学视角提出惯性定律的新诠释。认为惯性定律本身在逻辑上是完备的，是蕴涵式逻辑命题，符合波普尔“否证主义”主张。惯性定律在力学的经验世界中不能被否证，但在逻辑可能世界中能被否证，因此，惯性定律作为力学科学的第一定律，具有科学的解释力，其经验基础的科学性不是靠实验的证实获得的，而是靠逻辑的证伪来保证的。

| Abstract: | This article presents a new explanation for the law of inertia from the perspective of modern philosophy of science, maintaining that the law of inertia cannot be negatively demonstrated in the em- pirical world of mechanics but can in the logically probable world, thus is the first law of mechanical science and a scientific explanation. The law of inertia is a proposition of full name, which ensures its farsightedness as a scientific law. Therefore, the law of inertia is a logically perfect and implicit proposition in conformity with the idea of negative demonstration. |
