论女性发展与社会和谐

构建社会主义和谐社会是我们党在新的历史时期提出的重大战略决策,反映了全党全国各族人民的共同愿望。女性是否发展是衡量社会是否和谐的重要标尺。当前我国还存在着制约女性发展的诸多不和谐因素。实现社会和谐要积极促进女性进步:消除性别歧视;树立女性的自立、自强意识;加大对女性的教育与培训力度;加强政府干预,构建女性人才平等竞争的机制等。给女性提供一个自由而全面的广阔发展空间。

On Female Development and Social Harmony

To construct socialist harmonious society is an important strategic policy which was made by the CPC in the new era and represents the common aspiration of all the peoples in our courtry.Whether females have developed them- selves is one of the predominant criteria of harmonious society.However,currently there are still a lot of disharmonious factors that are preventing the development of females.In order to successfully construct socialist harmonious souciety,we shall take measures .to accelerate female decelopment:removing sexism;strengthening female's self- dependence;enhanc- ing female education;enhancing the interference of government;constructing the machanism for equal competition among female intellectuals.Then females will be provided more space for their development.
