| 摘 要： | 学科馆员制度以其创新的服务理念和强大的服务功能在我国大学图书馆得到较广泛推行。学科馆员在学科建设中扮演着十分重要的角色，学科馆员是学科资源的建设者，是学科用户教育者，是学科信息的传播者，是学科发展的推动者。图书馆应充分考虑自身的条件，由易到难，由点到面，循序渐进地逐步推行学科馆员制度。

| Abstract: | The subject librarian institution is widely applied in university libraries in China because its creative service concept and powerful service functions. Subject librarians play an important role in subject construction. They are constructors of subject resources, educators of subject users, transmitters of subject information, and promoters of subject development. Libraries should consider their own conditions and gradually apply the subject librarian institution from the simple to the complex and from one point to the whole. |
