| 摘 要： | 新疆经济的跨越式发展,离不开新疆经济后发优势的充分发挥,就新疆经济发展而言,后发优势实现与否, 既有面临种种外部环境即外生变量的影响,又有区域自身内生因素的作用。文章探讨了新疆后发优势主要内涵及 相关要素,提出了面临的主要挑战,并从制度层面和政策层面分析了原因,给出了新疆建立后发优势的传导机制和 实现跨越武发展的理论构想。

| Abstract: | A leap-forward development of Xinjiang's economy depends largely on the full play of Xinjiang's economic LLDA. So far as the economic development in Xinjiang is concerned, both external variables and internal factors play a significant role in achieving LLDA in Xinjiang. This paper makes an investigation into the connotation and concerned elements of LLDA. puts forward some challenges, analyzes the reasons in terms of institution and policy, and advances the theoretical blueprint for Xinjiang to establish the transmitting mechanism of LLDA and achieve the leap-forward development. |
