Colleges’ campus culture is on a trend of becoming commercial and conventional in China,so it is understandable why it is necessary to have the assessment of it.As culture is a dynamic unity,the problem of its standard or criterion should be first solved theoretically.This article puts that the qualitative standard should be the traditional college spirit,the quantitative standard should be the reputation of the college and its schoolfellows,and proper assessing standard and criterion are factually the direction and model for its construction.
