摘    要:国有企业制度管理、文化管理与思想政治工作是三种各具特色的管理手段,彼此间的差异性使三者相互具有一种互补性价值,相互契舍,能够产生单个个体所不具有的整体优势,从而有利于企业形成一种新的特有的管理优势。三种管理手段有机结合,是国有企业人本管理有效运行的重要条件之一。

Abstract:Institutional management,cultural management and ideological and political education are three characteristic managerial practices in State-owned Enterprises.With each of their own distinctions,they can supplement each other,and thus produce an advantage superior to any individual practice and develop into a new and specific managerial integration.The combination of the three characteristic managerial practices is one of the important qualifications to guarantee an effective operation of human-oriented management in state-owned enterprises.
