| 摘 要： | 伴随着我国社会转型与现代化的进程,现阶段出现了农民大规模进城务工的现象。他们推动了中国的城市化和现代化进程,如何认识这次人口流动具有重要意义。本文着重分析了“民工潮”对社会福利的影响以及如何对其进行有序引导。
