| 摘 要： | 随着我国饲料工业和食品工业迅速发展,对蛋白质的需求越来越大,急需开发新的蛋白质资源。植物叶蛋白因具有来源广泛、易被消化吸收、营养丰富、不含动物性胆固醇等特点而备受关注。本文概述了植物叶蛋白的研究进展,在于促进叶蛋白的研究与开发。

| Abstract: | With the quick development of our feeding industry and food industry,the need of high quality protein becomes greater and greater.So it is urgent to develop a new protein resource.The Leaf Protein have attracted people attention because of its wide origin,easily digested and absorbed,nutrient-rich,non-animal cholesterol etc.This paper summarizes the progress of plant leaf protein to promote the Leaf protein research and development. |
