| 摘 要： | 我国目前的宏观调控政策给建筑企业的发展创造了契机,工程项目管理作为企业管理的基础,只有自觉遵循官僚制,主动引入产权激励机制,克服传统家长制,减少搭便车现象,才能提高项目管理效率,促进企业的发展.

| Abstract: | The present macroeconomic controlling policy in our country gave a chance for the construction companies.As the basis of the company,the engineering project management should consciously obey bureaucuacy,adopt the incentive of property rights,overcome traditional patriarchy system and reduce the phenomena of free ride.So the efficiency of the engineering project management can be improved and the company can be elevated. |
