基于统筹区域发展的多元分层城市化模式分析

本文通过对我国城市化战略模式的几种不同观点进行评述,从统筹区域与城乡发展出发,详细分析了多元分层城市化模式的内涵,并在此基础上提出了该模式的具体构想。一方面在全国范围内提出适应各区域特点的城市化战略模式,体现出＂多元＂的含义;另一方面以长三角为例,阐述城市群内部的城市化＂分层＂模式。针对这一构想,文章进一步分析了提出该模式的依据是各地区经济社会发展的巨大差异和现阶段统筹发展政策的必然要求。

An Analysis of the Multi - layered Urbanization Model on the Basis of Coordinated Regional Development

Based on a critical review of several viewpoints regarding urbanization strategy models in China,this article,starting from coordinated regional and rural development,analyzes in detail the intrinsic significance of a multi-layered urbanization model,and puts forward its specifications.On the one hand,it proposes multi-facet nation-wide urbanization strategies corresponding to specific regional characteristics.On the other hand,it illustrates the multi-layered model within the city groups with Yangtze River Delta as a specific example.It goes on to further analyze the potential foundation of this model which is the great differences in economic and social development and the necessity of coordinated development policies at the current stage.
