家庭伦理近现代转型下的孝慈精神之嬗变

鸦片战争开始了中国“被动”现代化的历史进程。在此进程中，中国传统家庭伦理也开始了艰难的近现代转型。家庭伦理近现代转型可分为三个历史阶段，三个阶段均具有自己特殊的背景和特点。在各历史阶段，孝慈精神都始终未能摆脱被批判、被摒弃的命运。事实上，孝慈精神植根于血缘亲情，具有人类生活的普遍性，既适用于传统社会，也有用于现代社会，理应在批判继承的前提下成为构建现代家庭伦理的有益资源。

The Evolution of Filial Piety and Mercy Spirit in Family Ethics at the Contemporary- modern Social Transition

The Opium War saw the beginning of China＇ s historic course of ＂passive＂ modernization, during which Chillesse traditional family ethics also starts its transition into the contemporary and modem type. This transition can be roughly divided into three phases, each with its own special backgrounds and characteristics. Yet, filial piety and mercy spirit cannot escape from be- ing criticized and spumed throughout the three transitional phases. In fact, filial piety and mercy spirit are rooted in consanguineous emotions, which makes them universal and equally fit for traditional society and modem society. Therefore, filial piety and mercy spirit should act as the benevolent resources of family ethics under the presuppositions of criticism and inheritance.
