| 摘 要： | 生涯教育是以促进学生全面生涯发展为目标、以培养生涯发展意识为核心、以提高生涯发展能力为关键、以职业生涯辅导和心理健康教育为载体、以专业教育为延伸的所有教育活动与训练。高校生涯教育体系可分为普惠性生涯教育、协助式生涯辅导、自助式生涯服务、个性化生涯培训四个层次,在实施中需要考虑多方资源的整合。
