摘    要:本文根据高校教师岗位的工作特点,提出了高校教师绩效的考核指标,采用PCA方法对问卷调研所获取的数据进行分析,抽取了高校教师绩效考核的主要因子,构建了以教学、科研、学科发展三方面为支撑的高校教师绩效考核指标体系,以期对我国高校教师绩效考核工作的合理化提供有效的理论支撑。

Abstract:Based on the characteristics of university teacher posts,this paper proposes university teachers’ performance assessment indexes,and adopts PCA to analyze data obtained from questionnaires.It extracts major factors in university teachers’ performance assessments,to construct a performance assessment system for university teachers based on classroom teaching,academic researches,and subject development.It is meant to provide a theoretical support to rationalize university teachers’ performance assessment in our country.
