关于人权法内容体系的探讨

现代社会的发展使人权问题倍受国际国内关注。人们对人权法内容体系的了解也越来越迫切。而在我们的研究中,恰恰是这样的基本问题却没能很好地解决。人权内容体系至少应包括人权的基本理论、人权的具体权利、国际人权文书与国际人权保障机构、我国人权保障机制等几个方面,人权的保障机制更是人权内容体系中不容被忽视的关键问题。

A Probe of the Systematic Contents of Human Rights

With the development of modern society the issue of human rights attracts more and more domestic and international attention.There has been an urgent need for people to obtain a systematic understanding of the contents of human rights.As a matter of fact,such fundamental problems have not been properly solved.The systematic content of human rights should include the elementary theory of human rights,human concrete rights,the international human rights treaties and organizations and the mechanism for the safeguarding of human rights in China.The key factor to be emphasized in this article is the safeguarding system as a necessary component in the system of human rights.
