| 摘 要： | 实现学报编辑学者化应从学报编辑的主观努力与学报编辑部的制度保证两方面入手,即作为编辑应在专业知识、科学文化知识和编辑理论方面下功夫;编辑部要建立进修制度、科研制度、考核制度和奖惩制度,为实现编辑学者化提供制度保障。

| Abstract: | This paper discusses the ways of being a scholarization of editor from two aspects:the editor's personal efforts and the institutional guarantee. Namely, editors should concentrate their personal efforts on accumulating specialized knowledge, scientific and cultural knowledge, and editorial theory ;editorial department should set up on- the-job training system , research project management system, performance assessment system, and rewards and penalties system to ensure the scholariztion of editors. |
