产业集群的外部联系研究——以中关村高新技术产业集群为例

产业集群的外部联系是产业集群发挥其独有优势的关键，在保障资源的融通和促进产业集群发展中具有重要作用。根据资源流动的不同，结合外部联系的具体形式及其所产生的对产业集群的促进作用，提出研究假设，并选择中关村高新技术产业集群进行实证分析，对不同外部联系形式对产业集群发展的促进作用进行了验证，得出结论：政府在产业集群的发展过程中一方面要积极促进产业集群外部联系的建立和拓展，另一方面则需及时评估其效用，避免外部联系形式对产业集群产生不良作用。

Analysis about External Linkages of Industrial Clusters --Taking Zhongguancun High -tech Industrial Cluster as Example

As the key factor impacting the effect of industry clusters＇unique advantages, external linkages actually play an important role in facilitating the resource flows and promoting the development of industrial clusters. Depending on different resource flows, we propose the following hypotheses after taking specific formof external linkages and its actual effect into account. Furthermore, the effect of different forms of external linkages is verified, taking Zhongguancun high -tech industrial cluster as the empirical object.
