| 摘 要： | 文章对张治中与新疆联合政府的关系进行了考察，认为联合政府的成立，从某种意义上说，要归功于张治中为实现新疆之和平与民族团结而作出的辛劳和努力；而联合政府的破裂，在相当程度上又是其在新疆执政之直接结果。张治中自接手新疆事务之后在治新的方针、政策等方面所作出的探索及其决策和行为，既有维护国家统一和民族团结的一面，也有维护国民党对新疆统治的一面

| Abstract: | The paper makes a study on the relationship between Zhang Zhi zhong and the united government of Xinjiang. It concludes that in a certain sense, the founding of the united government owes to the efforts and hard work of Zhang Zhi zhong, who contributed a lot to realizing the peace of Xinjiang and the unity of nations. To some extent, the collapse of the united government is the direct result of his rule in Xinjiang. After he took over Xinjiang's affairs, the investigations, decisions and actions made by Zhang Zhi zhong in the policy of governing Xinjiang safeguarded not only the nations' unity but also the rule of Guomindang towards Xinjiang. |
