| 摘 要： | 针对社会普遍存在的拖欠民工工资问题,本文以自组织系统理论为基础,从系统要素及其相互关系的分析入手,建立自组织系统必备的基础条件,并在条件基础上,形成相关的内在机制,从而促进系统各要素从无序态向有序态自组织转化,以求对拖欠民工工资问题有一较为科学、合理的解决方案。

| Abstract: | Faced with the problem of delayed payment to labour,based on the self-organized system theory,the author starts from the relationship between system factors,establishing the basic conditions in self-organized system.Based on these conditions,the relatively intensive mechanism will form to accelerate the factors in this system to transform from disorder to self-organization.The author hopes to find a scientific and rational solution to solve the problem of delayed payment to labour. |
