| Abstract: | Ruling the country by law is related to ruling the people by law. In turn, ruling the people by law can't be separated with legal awareness. However, the correct legal awareness is based on the correct conception of legal rights. Thus, ruling the people should start with adopting a correct attitude towards conception of legal rights. |
