| 摘 要： | 论文从当今社会发展对人才适应性的要求出发，分析了现阶段高等院校人才培养方案建设存在的主要问题，阐述了制定和优化人才培养方案的原则和方法，并在此基础上提出了以素质教育为指导思想，努力构建创新型人才培养方案，争取培养更多高质量、高素质的合格人才，以满足社会对各层次人才的需求、促进经济建设的不断发展。

| Abstract: | Starting with the requirement of social development on talent adaptability, the article analyzed the major problems existing in the building of talent training programs in institutions of higher learning at present stage, illustra- ted the principles and methods of working out and optimizing talent training programs and on the basis of this, it was put forward that a quality education oriented talent training program should be constructed to cultivate more innovative talents who are more qualified and excellent to meet the needs of the society to different levels of talents and improve promote the continuous development of economic construction. |
