论高等教育中教学与科研的和谐关系

教学与科研的关系是互相推动、互为源头，具有和谐性。教学和科研形成良性的循环，才能促进高等教育螺旋式发展，实现培养创新人才的目标。因此，转变思想观念，在教师队伍中培养高水平的科技攻关人才，在教学上加强制度创新，将学生课外科技活动、人文教育等纳入教学环节中来是教学与科研有机结合培养创新人才的重要途径。

Higher education and research are consistent. They can be headstream and promote each other. Realization of training a lot of new innovational talents and rapid development of higher education and research would be possible if their benign circle formed. The important approaches of culturing innovational talents and combining higher education and research closely are that we should change our conventional education idea and reform higher education system intensively. Teachers should be cultured into the person with high ability of undertaking scientific research work. Students＇ science and technology activities after school and humanistic education should be brought into the procedure of higher education.
