食品添加剂课程的教学改革与实践

摘    要:为了提高食品添加剂课程的教学质量,激发学生的学习积极性,论文以食品添加剂课程教改为研究课题,针对课程教学中存在的问题,从教学内容、教学方法、教学手段、考核方法等多个方面进行了研究和实践。结果证明,教学改革效果良好,不仅有利于培养学生的学习兴趣,而且有利于提高学生分析问题与解决问题的能力。

Abstract:In order to improve the teaching quality of Food Additives curriculum and arouse students' learning enthusiasm, the teaching reform of Food Additives curriculum was put forward as a research topic. Aiming at the problems in the teaching of Food Additives course, several aspects such as curricula content, teaching method, teaching instrumentality and examination form were studied. The results showed that the effect of teaching reform was satisfied, the new teaching pattern not only avails to cultivate students' learning interest, but also to improve students abilities in analyzing and solving problems.
