完善民族法制建设的思考

民族法制建设是我国社会主义民主和法制建设的一个重要方面，也是新时期民族工作的一项重要内容。我国当前民族法制建设中仍然存在缺乏配套的法律制度和有“法”难依等问题。因此，必须加紧制定并实施《民族区域自治法》的配套法规，加快民族立法的步伐和采取加强执法、完善监督机制的各种措施，切实保障少数民族的合法权益落到实处。只有这样，才能正确处理民族问题，作好民族工作；才能贯彻“依法治国、建设社会主义法制国家”的治国方略。

Thoughts on Perfecting Ethnic Legal Construction

Ethnic legal construction in an important aspect in the construction of socialist democracy and legal system, and an important content in the ethnic work in the new era. In the present ethnic legal construction there still exist some problems such as the lack of corresponding legal system and the difficulties of enforcing the law. There-fore, the relevant rules and regulations of Law of the Peoples Republic of China on Regional National Autonomy should be worked out and implemented, the steps of ethnical legislation should be quickened, and various measures should be taken to strengthen law enforcement and perfect monitoring mechanism, and the legal rights and benefits of ethnic groups should be secures. Only by doing these, can we properly deal with ethnic problems, do ethnic work well; can we carry out the strategies of upholding the uniformity and dignity of the socialist legal system .
