新农村建设中大学生村官的作用及实现途径

大学生村官在新农村建设中发挥着日益重要的作用。针对大学生村官服务基层中的制约因素，从更新观念、提高素质、改善环境、完善制度四个方面提出了促进大学生村官发挥作用的途径。认为应该通过树立基层服务的长期意识，锻炼适应基层的知识和技能，改善农村基层环境，健全和完善各种保障制度，促进大学生村官职业的发展。

Effect and the Realization Way of College Student Village Officials in the Construction of a New Countryside

College student village officials have played a more and more important role in the construction of the new countryside. Focusing on the restrictive factors of their serving the grass roots level, the approaches are presented to improve their role from the four aspects of updating the concepts, enhancing their quality, improving the environment, and perfecting the system.
