摘    要:论述了在知识经济背景下,把知识服务作为图书馆的服务理念和管理理念,强化以人为本的科学发展观,实现知识服务的条件与环境。提出对信息资源的利用开发是当今图书馆提高服务质量的首要标志。深入探讨了在知识创新和知识服务指导下的图书馆管理模式和开展个性化、专业化服务的方式方法,以满足读者日益增长的创新研发需求。

On the Developing Environment and Realization of Knowledge Service

Abstract:It is illustrated that under the background of knowledge economy, knowledge service should be put as the service concept and administration concept, people-oriented scientific outlook on development should be strengthened, and the conditions and environment of knowledge serviee should be realized. It is put forward that the exploration and development of information resources is the first symbol for the library to improve its serving quality. The management mode under the direction of knowledge innovation and knowledge service and the methods and approaches of carrying out personalized and professional service are further discussed, so as to meet the readers' ever inereasing need of innovation and development
