秦港集团人工成本管理研究

In the period of port groups＇ around Bohai zone rising abruptly and competing with each other, the advanced and perfect management of labor cost will undoubtedly become the important foundation to realize the dream ff Qinhuangdao port group wants to finish the magnificent target of keeping eternal perty, continuous development and creating the larger glory, Basing on the enterprise＇ s reality, regarding the labor cost as the research topic, applying to the basis theory of labor cost management, drawing on the actual experience of the labor cost management abroad and home, this thesis will include the analysis of labor cost management at Qinghuangdao pert group, finding some problems and distance and making the relative measures.
