| 摘 要： | 随着各地图书馆法规的纷纷出台,地方图书馆的立法监督显得尤其重要.我国地方图书馆立法监督应该遵循全局性、发展性、明确性和特殊性等基本原则,从科学规范地方图书馆立法程序、健全和完善备案审查制度、实行立体多方位的立法监督形式等方面,实施和完善地方图书馆立法的监督与控制.

| Abstract: | With the publication of various local laws and regulations for library, the supervision of the legislation for local library seems special important. For well supervising and controlling the legislation for local library in our country it is necessary to follow the overall, developing, clear and special principles by means of scientifically normalizing the legislation procedure; sounding and perfecting supervision rules and regulation; carrying out three-dimensional and multi-position legislation supervision forms. |
