| 摘 要： | 文化软实力是一个国家综合国力和国际竞争力的重要组成部分。提高国家的文化软实力,是实现国富民强、民族复兴的重要举措。而加强社会主义文化建设又是提高国家文化软实力的必要途径。因此,提高国家的文化软实力是一项系统工程,需要整个社会共同努力来推动其发展。
