| 摘 要： | 老北京皇城内的南池子改造工程 ,引起了社会各界的瞩目 ,借此再讨论如何保护和利用北京古都也十分必要。本文认为 ,这项工程在保护和修缮重点文物、铺设基础设施等四个方面成绩突出 ,但也有失误和教训。作者根据北京的实际提出了对古都保护、利用的具体办法 ,从十个方面阐述了今后这类改造工程应遵循的原则
