| 摘 要： | 本文就工科院校专业教师在学生综合素质培养中的作用进行了论述。详细阐述了专业教师在课堂教学中针对大学生心理调动学生学习积极性 ,改进专业教学方法 ,培养学生综合素质所起到的积极作用。同时进一步论述了专业教师在大学生人文教育、创新教育中所起的促进作用。

| Abstract: | The function of professional teacher on training of student integrative quality is discussed in institutes of technology. The professional teacher's actively function of student integrative quality's training is descrbled in detail, such as weaking the interesting of study in classroom, reforming the teaching means. At the same time, the professional teacher's actively function in student human culture educations and innovation educations is also expatiated. |
