| 摘 要： | 新生代农民工的市民化不仅是其自身发展的需要,也是城市社会可持续发展的需要,更是国家经济结构调整和产业升级的需要,而其普遍素质阙如的状况却极大地制约着新生代农民工的市民化进程.因此,只有跳出既有的思路,践行发展主义的理念,积极帮助新生代农民工全面“提素”,才能更好地推动其市民化进程.

| Abstract: | The citizenization of the new rising generation of rural migrant workers is not only for their own development,but also for the sustainable development of urban society,economy restructuring and industrial upgrading.But the lack of quality obstructs their citification.So this process can preferably promote their citification only when steppping out of existing thinking,practicing the idea of developmentalism and helping them improve their qualifications. |
