| 摘 要： | 公务消费过度问题是当前社会的热点话题，直接影响政府形象和行政诚信。其形成的原因主要在于观念上的偏差、体制制度的缺失和不足等。实现政府公务消费合理化应在进一步明确公共利益理念、廉价政府理念、适度消费理念的前提下，着力在筑牢思想防线、完善公共财政体制、结合激励与惩处手段推进公民社会的发展、充分发挥科技的力量等方面下功夫。
