| 摘 要： | 随着科学研究综合程度的日益加强，高校科研团队建设提上议事日程。从当前情况出发，科研团队建设应在四个方面狠下功夫：以项目为纽带，开展科研团队建设；以学科建设带动科研团队建设；以基地建设为基础，推动科研团队建设；制定和完善科研管理制度，保障科研团队建设。
