| 摘 要： | 高校在区域经济发展中应逐步发挥重要的公共经济服务作用，应树立主动服务区域经济建设的意识，适应区域经济发展的要求调整专业设置，鼓励高校教师到企业兼职，构建有效率的高校科研成果转化保障机制，积极发挥区域政府的桥梁引导作用。
