| 摘 要： | 中外合作办学是我国高等教育学习和借鉴国外先进经验和管理模式的重要手段,在合作办学的过程中,由于文化传统、教学理念和管理模式上存在的差异和不同,中外合作双方之间必然产生各种纠纷。文章从项目管理的角度,对中外合作办学过程中各种纠纷进行研究,探讨产生纠纷的根本原因,并提出各种纠纷的防范与处理手段。

| Abstract: | Collaboration in education with overseas institutions has become a major approach for China to develop its higher education.Due to the differences in culture,philosophy of education and management between the partners concerned,disputes are often inevitable.From the perspective of program management,this paper features a study of the kinds and causes of the disputes,and proposes ways of preventing and tackling possible disputes. |
