摘    要:一个国家文化生产力水平的高低强弱,取决于其文化企业核心竞争力的大小。文化企业核心竞争力的大小,决定着文化产业发展的成败。培养文化企业的核心竞争力是发展我国文化产业的当务之急。文化企业的核心竞争力培养既有它的共同规律,又有它的特殊个性。遵循普遍规律,创造独特个性,制定完备的核心竞争力培养规划、切实实施核心竞争力培养战略、学习一切先进的经营模式,是培养核心竞争力的必由之路。

Abstract:Nowadays cultural industries involve the most intense competition in the world. The level of the cultural productivity of a country depends on the size of core competitive ability of the cultural enterprises, which decides whether the cultural industry development will succeed or not. Therefore it is of priority to enhance the core competitive abilities of developing the cultural industries. The methods of enhancing it involve both its common law and its special characteristics. Above all, following the universal law, creating the unique characteristic and working out a comprehensive training plan and implementing it, learning all advanced business models are the essential ways to enhance the core competitive abilities.
