| 摘 要： | 班级规模是指在一位特定教师指导下的一个特定班级或教学团体的学生数。班级规模是影响学生发展的重要学校环境之一。笔者分析了当前世界发达国家班级规模变化的历史和现状,总结了我国当前班级规模问题的主要特点,论述了班级规模对教室环境、教师关照度、学生学业发展以及人际互动的影响,对改善我国班级规模问题提出了可行的建议。

| Abstract: | Class size refers to the number of students of the specific class or teaching group under a specific teacher's guidance,and it is one of the important school environment factors that have impact upon student development.This paper analyzes the historical evolutions and the present conditions of class sizes in today's developed countries,summarizes some major characteristics of the present class size problems in our country,elaborates on the impacts from class size on teachers in terms of environment,teacher's care,students' academic development and human interactions,and makes feasible proposals to improving the class size issues of our country. |
