| 摘 要： | 社会语言学打破了语言学界历来只注重研究语言形式的传统 ,着重从语言与社会诸因素之间的相互关系研究语言及其运用的规律。它对外语教学的启示至少有三点 :(1 )外语教学必须注重直接培养交际能力。(2 )文化是外语教学的重要内容之一。(3)外语教学改革的根本出路首先在于更新语言观念。

| Abstract: | Sociolinguistics goes against the linguistic tradition of centering on formal language research and devotes itself to the study of the law of language and its use in relation to social factors.From it at least three implications can be drawn for foreign language teaching (FLT).(1)FLT must focus on directly developing student's communicative competence;(2)culture should be taken as a part of FLT;and (3)the only way out for the reform in FLT lies first in updating the view of language. |
