山区弱势留守人员问题研究——以湖北长阳县为例

我国山区面积大,经济条件相对落后,外出务工人员多,农村弱势留守人员面临的困难也多。基于对湖北长阳县的调查,分析了山区弱势留守人员的困难及原因,提出了建立服务型社区、亲情社区、强化学校和教师的教育主功能及建立健全关爱服务体系等对策。

A Study on the Issues concerning Vulnerable Left-Behind People in Mountainous Areas --Taking Changyang County Hubei Province as An Example

China is a country with large mountainous areas,where the economy is relatively backward and a large number of people turn to migrant workers.The vulnerable rural left-behind people face a lot of difficulties.Based on the investigation into the situation of Changyang County Hubei Province,the paper analyzes the vulnerable left-behind people’s difficulties in mountainous areas and the reasons,and proposes to establish service community and family community,strengthen the education function of schools and teachers,establish and improve concern and love service system and so on.
