| 摘 要： | 近年来，我国财政收入占GDP的比重偏低，这是财政运行中面临的一个突出问题。如何提高财政收入占GDP的比重，已成为我国财税改革的重要目标。本文认真探究了财政收入占GDP比重偏低的原因，提出了解决这个问题的途径和方法。
