| 摘 要： | 技术转移是促进区域经济健康快速发展,提升自主创新能力的重要手段,有效促进技术转移,对目前辽宁省实现全面振兴老工业基地具有十分重要的战略意义。本文对辽宁省技术转移的发展历程进行了简要回顾,提出辽宁省技术转移的三个发展阶段,并对每个阶段的特点进行了归纳分析,以期为辽宁省相关单位开展技术转移活动以及政府相关部门制定促进技术转移的政策措施提供有益参考。
