| 摘 要： | 在"一个国家,两种制度"战略思想的指导下,香港和澳门顺利回归祖国.回归十多年来,在"一国两制"框架内,港澳通过渐进政治发展取得了民主政治的巨大进步.港澳回归后50年里,大陆生活方式会接近港澳,政治体制也会有所改变,但政治制度不会有大变化,即继续保持社会主义政治制度.所以,从三地的相互关系角度看,回归后的50年里,一要继续推行"一国两制",让港澳有不同于大陆的特殊的政治安排;二要保持港澳与大陆政治发展的渐进性和制度的相互兼容性,努力避免制度的严重矛盾和冲突.它对于大中华地区(大陆、香港、澳门、台湾)长远的政治发展、政治稳定和政治整合有着十分重要的意义.
