激励教育的理论诠释

摘    要:对激励教育做深入的理论探讨是素质教育改革和新课程改革的现实需要。在为激励教育"正名"的基础上,提出激励教育理论建构的基点是现实世界中的实践着的人;其价值旨归是培养学生的主体意识,为主体性的确立奠定基础;其现实路径是激发学生的内在动机,实现激励与自我激励的统一。
