| 摘 要： | 我国农业生态环境法制建设日益受到社会重视并将逐步走向完善。但作为一种解决农业生态环境问题的农业生态补偿却未在我国法律制定及其法律实施中得到重视。我国农业生态补偿政策缺乏完善的法律保障,在立法层面上缺乏系统性和完整性。本文旨在探讨我国农业生态补偿立法的相关问题,在分析我国农业生态补偿立法缺陷的基础上,对我国农业生态补偿立法模式、立法进程及立法内容提出相应的设计建议。
